The senior staff at Greeley are those positions that oversee different aspects of camp life during the summer. Whether it is managing cabins as a division director or taking care of an activity site like our target sports area or athletics, there are many responsibilities that we place upon our senior staff to ensure that the camp runs smoothly.
Senior Staff members are ambassadors for camp in daily camp life, having a direct impact on the maintenance and overall quality of operation in which the camp is run. As a result, we have high expectations for those who join us under the senior staff umbrella.
We look for leaders who prioritize the camper experience, possess confidence in their area of expertise, and take full responsibility for the safety, supplies, and equipment of their division or activity area.
The schedule at Lake Greeley Camp is designed to keep everyone moving and motivated. While counselors focus on direct camper interaction, Senior Staff have additional duties that are vital to camp operations:
