Professional Equestrian Instruction Right on Camp Grounds
At Lake Greeley Camp, our Equestrian Center is conveniently located on our very own camp grounds, making daily riding accessible and fun!
Our program is run by a qualified Director and highly trained staff, catering to all skill levels from absolute beginners to expert riders. With daily sessions designated by skill level, every camper gets the attention they need.
Following the American Camping Association guidelines, we utilize two dedicated riding rings to teach English and Western styles, including trotting and cantering.
We believe in well-rounded horsemanship. Beyond riding, campers can learn the responsibilities of horse care, grooming, feeding, and stable maintenance. This hands-on experience allows campers to bond with the horses and learn what it truly takes to care for these magnificent animals.
