Here, at Lake Greeley Camp, our adventure program allows campers to experience challenging and exciting activities that allows them to reach new heights while staying safe under the supervision of our experienced staff.
Rock Climbing
Do you like climbing? Do you like heights? At Lake Greeley Camp, we have both of those covered with our new 45 ft climbing tower and ropes course. We also have a 25 ft climbing wall featuring sport climbing focusing more on speed and technique that you can then take to the 45 ft wall. For beginners who want to begin their climbing career, we have a 15 ft wide traversal wall, so you can become more comfortable travesing the hand and foot holds. Rock Climbing at Lake Greeley Camp is an activity with much to discover and room to grow for campers of any skill level.
Ropes Course
Our low ropes course is packed with exciting elements that are designed to challenge and push the limits of your balance and coordination. With rope swings and tire bridges for example, the ropes course gives campers a physical challenge closer to the ground. If that's not enough to get your adrenaline pumping, our high ropes course has similarly designed elements, but they are 45 ft. above the ground! These elements are attached to the top of our Climbing Tower. Campers looking to try these elements can either prusik climb or climb up the rock wall using the hand and foot holds. Once you have challenged yourself with your high ropes course, you have to get down, and what better way to get down than our 300 ft. zip line!
Mountain Biking
Our mountain biking program takes advantage of miles of woodland trails that crisscross our 250 acre estate. With routes aimed at all levels of talent and experience, anyone from a beginner to a pro rider can enjoy our rides around the camp while accompanied with staff members. Examples of what campers can experience on the trails are paved roads, dirt trails, scenic forest landscape, hills and Lake Greeley itself. Mountain Biking is not only a great way to see many areas of the camp and surrounding area, but it's also a great program to push yourself to do more with each ride.
